Cancellation and Re-Fund Policy:

We, Aurelia La Casa strive to provide you with a comfortable and memorable experience during your stay. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring a hassle-free booking process for our guests. Kindly review the following policy details:

  1. Free Cancellation: 24 hours before check-in. If you cancel within this window, you won’t be charged.
  2. Cancellation Fees: For cancellations made after the free cancellation period one night reservation cost will be charged.
  3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without cancelling a penalty  equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged.
  4. Booking amendments are subject to availability and individual booking terms & conditions and cannot  be guaranteed on the same price.
  5. No refunds will be provided for early departures or unused nights.
  6. In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic, etc.), we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  7. If for any reason full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to deem the booking cancelled and appropriate cancellation fees as in term 3 above will apply.
  8. If you booked through a third-party platform, use their messaging system or contact their customer support to initiate the cancellation process.
  9. In rare situations, Aurelia La Casa may have to cancel or modify a booking due to unavoidable reasons. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative accommodation or a full refund.
  10.  If you are eligible for a refund based on the cancellation policy, the process might take some time. Check with the platform or host regarding the expected time for receiving your refund.

    • The specific steps and policies may vary depending on the platform or the individual host you booked with. Always read the terms and conditions before booking and make sure to follow the proper cancellation procedure to avoid any issues.

  • To confirm your reservation, we may require a valid credit card or advance payment.
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • The refund will be made through the original payment method used during the booking process.
